FFS heavy-duty packaging film bags are advanced automatic forming and filling bags. Its full name is Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), which means automatic bottom cutting, automatic filling and automatic sealing. FFS heavy-duty packaging film bags are mainly made of new PE raw materials and high-quality additives through a three-layer co-extrusion film blowing production line and a matching four-color printing line. They are specially used in high-speed fully automatic packaging machines and are suitable for packaging granular and powdered solid products.
Features
Environmental performance: FFS heavy packaging film bags are easy to recycle, meet environmental protection requirements, and conform to international product packaging requirements and trends
Efficient packaging: can be packaged quickly, formed in one go, suitable for high-speed packaging machines, packaging speed is 3-5 times higher than traditional woven bags, and the number of operators is reduced by about 75%
Physical properties: It has good sealing, moisture resistance, water resistance and anti-fouling properties, suitable for open-air stacking, easy to transport and store
Wide application range: Applicable to multiple industries such as petrochemicals, chemicals, food, and medicine, and can carry 10 to 50 kg of solid particles or powdered materials
Application areas
FFS heavy packaging film bags have become the mainstream in the field of synthetic resin packaging in developed countries such as Europe and the United States, gradually replacing traditional packaging forms. In China, FFS heavy packaging film has outstanding performance in industries such as petrochemicals, and its market share will further increase in the future.
Its application areas are wide, including but not limited to:
Petrochemical industry: used for packaging resin products, chemical raw materials, etc.
Food industry: used for packaging grains, flour, etc.
Production process
The production process of FFS heavy packaging film mainly includes two key processes: film blowing line and printing line. Through the three-layer co-extrusion method, these quality indicators can be decomposed layer by layer to meet the different needs of customers. During the printing process, double-sided corona and multi-color printing can be achieved by adjusting the film penetration path.
