FFS heavy-duty packaging film is a film suitable for heavy packaging produced using FFS production technology, usually in the form of barrel film. It is mainly used to carry 10 to 50 kg of solid particles or powdered materials, commonly seen in 25 kg packaging bags. Because its two sides are folded like an M, it is also called an M-fold bag or a folded edge bag.
Features and Applications
FFS heavy-duty packaging film has the following characteristics:
• Fast packaging: one-time molding, high efficiency, suitable for large-scale production.
• Good sealing and moisture-proof property: ensure the dryness and moisture-proofness of the package contents.
• Good printing performance: multi-color printing can be performed on the film to meet different visual needs.
• Environmental protection: the material can be recycled and meets environmental protection requirements.
Its main application areas include petrochemical, food, chemical, building materials and other industries, suitable for packaging resin products, chemical raw materials, food, grains, etc.
Production process and technical parameters
The production process of FFS heavy-duty packaging film mainly includes two key processes: film blowing line and printing line. It can meet the different needs of customers through three-layer co-extrusion production. The film blowing line generally adopts the internationally common three-layer co-extrusion tube film method, with linear low-density polyethylene as the main raw material. During the printing process, according to the customer's layout requirements, double-sided corona and multi-color printing can be achieved by adjusting the film penetration path.
