Xingtai Jutai New Materials Co., Ltd. (formerly Hengshui Jufeng Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2013 and is located in Nangong Economic Development Zone, the hinterland of the key development of the Central and Southern Hebei Economic Zone.Focusing on the field of powder and granules packaging for more than ten years, Jutai specializes in the production of PE, EVA packaging bags, FFS films, PE heavy-duty bags, PE valve bags, labyrinth bags, low melting point valve bags, PE, POF stretch film, shrink film, EVA feeding bags, cold stretch sleeve film and other multi-layer co-extruded film bags. Jutai package bags are widely used in petrochemical, engineering plastics, chemical powder, building materials, agricultural fertilizers, feed and other fields.
Jutai has introduced several imported production lines, with an annual output of 5,000 tons of soluble and decomposable plastic particles, 80 million soluble packaging bags, and 5,000 tons of film rolls. Hengshui Jufeng Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. was established
The company's predecessor, 'Hengshui Jufeng Plastic', was established in 2013 and is located in Jizhou District, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. It has total assets of 25 million yuan and initially focused on the production of industrial packaging such as PE valve bags, EVA feeding bags, and FFS heavy-duty bags.
· Technical foundation: Introducing three-layer co-extrusion blown film units, high-speed bag making machines and other equipment to form large-scale production capacity of PE valve bags, and developing differentiated products such as low melting point and moisture-proof
· Certification and Qualification: Passed ISO9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, set up a full-time quality inspection department, and established a full-process quality control system from raw materials to finished products.
Product line expansion and market layout
Since 2017, the company has added new packaging materials such as PE stretch wrap film and POF shrink film, and developed biodegradable packaging technology to meet the needs of the chemical and building materials industries. At the same time, it has expanded overseas markets through independent import and export rights.
2022-2024

Corporate Restructuring and Relocation
In August 2022, the original Hengshui Jufeng Plastic was reorganized into Xingtai Jutai New Materials Co., Ltd. and moved to Xingtai Nangong Economic Development Zone. The registered capital increased to 20 million yuan, with a fixed asset investment of 150 million yuan. It added bio-based material research and development business and obtained the qualification for the production of hazardous chemical packaging
· Product iteration: Launch high-sealing products such as labyrinth valve bags, optimize the three-layer co-extrusion process of FFS heavy-duty bags, and adapt to high-end scene requirements such as photovoltaics and hazardous chemicals.
Technology R&D and industry chain collaboration
In line with the needs of the new energy industry, we developed a multi-layer composite structure for EVA feeding bags to improve their anti-oxidation performance. At the same time, we deployed intelligent production systems (ERP, MES) to improve the production efficiency of products such as ton bags and stretch films.
