Technical standards, physical properties and wide applications of ultrasonic heat-sealed automatic filling valve bags
Technical standards and physical properties
Sealing and sealing strength
Ultrasonic heat-sealing technology generates heat through friction of material molecules through high-frequency vibration (20-40kHz), achieving glue-free sealing. The sealing strength is close to the original performance of the material, and the sealing can reach the airtight/liquid-tight level.
Material compatibility
I. Supports heat sealing of materials such as PP, PE, non-woven fabrics, and metal foils, and meets biocompatibility requirements (such as medical packaging) or industrial material requirements (such as powder packaging)
There is no thermal damage during the welding process, the heat-affected zone of the material is small, and the mechanical properties can be maintained (such as artificial joint packaging).
The packaging bag can withstand stacking pressure and transportation friction, and is suitable for heavy-load scenarios such as building materials and chemicals.
Automation and Precision
Fully automatic microcomputer control, equipped with a high-precision metering system (error ≤±0.5%), to achieve integrated operation of filling, sealing, and bag dropping56.
The production speed reaches 2-15m/min, and the efficiency is 5-6 times higher than that of traditional processes.
Wide application areas
Building materials and chemical industry
Tile adhesive/dry mortar: Ultrasonic valve bag packaging machine realizes automatic powder metering and heat sealing to avoid dust pollution.
Chemical raw materials: Suitable for powder packaging such as pigments and plastic particles to meet moisture-proof and anti-static requirements.
Packaging range and efficiency
Single bag weight: supports 10-50kg range, common specifications are 15-25kg15
Packaging speed: 250-360 bags/hour, some models can reach 5 tons/hour (about 300-400 bags)17.
