Choosing the right EVA feeding bag for a specific application requires comprehensive consideration of the following key factors to ensure performance matching, efficiency improvement, and compliance and safety:


 一、Core physical property parameters

 Melting point range ‌

· Choose according to process temperature: when the internal mixing/open mixing temperature is lower than 95, choose the 70-95 standard type; high temperature process (100) requires the 110 high melting point type

· Special needs: Ultra-low temperature mixing (such as plastic processing) can choose 65 special version

Mechanical properties

· Tensile strength: longitudinal (MD) ≥20MPa, transverse (TD) ≥19MPa, to prevent feed breakage.

· Elongation: ≥500% in TD direction to ensure toughness and avoid powder leakage.

Thickness and sealing

· Conventional thickness 0.04–0.09mm (thick bags are suitable for large-volume raw materials).
